·         I usually (normalmente) get up at seven o’clock a.m.

·         Before going to school I have breakfast, have a shower, get dressed, comb my hair and brush my teeth.

·         I always (sempre) go to school on foot.

·         I often (frequentemente) have lunch in the school canteen.

·         After school I do my homework; I go to the swimming pool; play with my friends; and surf on the net (navegar na internet)

·         I always have dinner at eight o’clock with my parents.

·         I go to bed at nine o’clock.
